No, we do not provide Section 8 vouchers.
2. Do you allow smoking?
No, we are a non-smoking campus.
3. Do you allow pets?
Yes, we allow one qualifying pet per apartment, under 15 pounds.
4. Is your rent based on income?
Yes, rent is HUD subsidized, and averages 30% of your monthly income.
5. Are utilities included?
Heat, water and garbage are included in the rent.
6. Do you provide meals?
No, we are independent living. Meals on Wheels delivers regularly.
7. Do you offer transportation?
Barry County Transit and Red Cross Transport are available.
8. How long before I can move in?
If you qualify, and an apartment is available, the application process may
take up to 4 weeks.
9. What activities do you offer?
Wii Bowling, Bible Study, Bingo, Coffee Talk, Puzzles, Pot Lucks,
Birthday Parties, Resident Volunteers, Card Games, Holiday Dinners,
Resident of the Month, Exercise, Matinees, Music and much more...
10. Which amenities are available?
