Step 2: Read, sign and mail, email or fax back to us at (269)795-0082.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted or approved.
Step 3: We will conduct a thorough criminal and credit background check.
Step 4: If your application is not approved, you will receive a denial letter.
If your application is approved, it will be placed on our waitlist
as of the date received. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to
accurately predict how long it will take for an apartment to come
open. It could be anywhere from 6 weeks to 24 months. We
encourage you to apply as soon as possible, so your application
will be in que for the next available unit.
When an apartment comes open, you will be called to schedule
an interview. During your interview you will be given a tour, and an
intake packet to take home, review and complete. Please call with
any questions, and to schedule an appointment to return your packet.
If after hours, you may drop your completed paperwork in the slot
located just below the office window.
Step 5: When we receive your completed packet, we will investigate your
rental history, and verify your income, assets, expenses and references.
Step 6: Once the investigation is complete and you receive final approval,
we will call you to schedule your move in date!
